Castaway presents our Chef’s Table featuring a cocktail in The Green Room and a six-course seasonal tasting menu with signature items from our menu. Chef Perry Pollaci’s new creations sourced from local farmers and purveyors. The evening begins with a welcome cocktail in our new hidden lounge, The Green Room at 6:30PM. Afterwards, guests will be seated at our communal Chef’s Table that can accommodate up to 10 guests to enjoy a seasonal tasting menu presented by Chef Perry. The Chef’s Table is a perfect spot for special occasions, anniversaries, birthdays, date nights, girls’ nights, business dinners – and anyone looking for an elevated dining experience. Available on Friday and Saturday evenings only.
